24-year-old dad, whose body is completely covered with more than 200 tattoos, removed them for the sake of his baby daughter 😭😲… Better sit down before seeing him today 😨

Ethan “ModBoy” Bramble, an Australian who gained attention for his extreme body modifications, is now making headlines for a different reason—regret. Famous for his striking appearance, Ethan started his transformation journey at just 11 years old and has since undergone over 200 tattoos, stretched his earlobes, split his tongue, and even had his belly button removed. Altogether, he’s spent nearly $39,000 on his dramatic look—all in the name of self-expression.

But today, Ethan is opening up about the side of body modification that’s rarely talked about: the downside.

In a recent candid interview, he shared that while he once took pride in his unique appearance—especially his facial tattoos—he now feels weighed down by how it affects his daily life and how others perceive him. One of his deepest concerns is how his appearance might impact his young daughter and the way the world may judge her because of his choices.

What once symbolized freedom has started to feel like a barrier.

Ethan has decided to turn the page. He’s begun the long, painful, and expensive process of laser tattoo removal in hopes of reclaiming a sense of normalcy and feeling more at ease in everyday life.

Although he doesn’t entirely regret who he’s become, Ethan says he now sees the importance of growth, change, and reflection. His story serves as a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to evolve—and that even the most permanent decisions can lead to new beginnings.
