Six-year-old Gracelyn Vick vanished on a Sunday afternoon in Saucier, Mississippi, after going out to play and never returning. Her disappearance sparked a massive search involving local authorities and volunteers. Tragically, her body was discovered later that same day near her home.
As of now, no arrests have been made, and it’s still unclear whether foul play was involved. An autopsy will determine the cause of death.
This devastating loss marks the third tragedy for Gracelyn’s mother, Vicky Lynn Hutcherson, who also lost her 13-year-old stepdaughter in a 2024 car crash and her 18-year-old son in 2021. The heartbroken community has come together to support the grieving family.
