OnlyFans has become widely known for its adult content, with some creators pushing the envelope in an effort to stand out. One of the latest headlines comes from Australian content creator Annie Knight, whose controversial stunt landed her in the hospital.
Knight, 26, went viral for attempting to have sex with over 500 men in a single day—ultimately claiming to have had intercourse with 583 men over six hours. The feat sparked both fascination and concern online, with some users pointing out that this equates to less than a minute per participant.
“I felt great. I felt empowered. I felt happy,” Knight said in a post-event interview. However, she later sought medical attention after experiencing significant bleeding. Knight, who has endometriosis—a painful condition involving abnormal tissue growth inside the uterus—was unsure whether the bleeding was due to her condition or the physical strain from the stunt. “It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut,” she admitted. “I’ll definitely survive, but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment.”
Following the event, Knight posted a photo of herself in a hospital gown, captioning it, “Being hospitalized after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.” Despite the medical scare, she expressed no regrets and seemed pleased with the viral attention.
Knight treated the event as a personal milestone. She claimed over 2,000 men applied to participate. To organize the stunt, she rented a venue, set up registration times, and arranged for groups of men to cycle through. Participants were given pink balaclavas to protect their identities and were supplied with condoms. Knight covered all expenses herself, including security, filming, and venue rental—costing her around $10,000.
“Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot,” she said prior to the event. “I was a little worried I’d struggle, since the most I’ve done before was 24 in one day.”
To manage the pace, she took a 15-minute break every hour. She also noted that many men had difficulty performing under pressure. “Sometimes we’d have a group of 10, and eight of them were really struggling to get it up,” she shared. On her podcast, Knight added that those who were ready to go were sometimes rewarded with extra time.
Knight also revealed that her fiancé is fully supportive of her career and her recent challenge. Public response, however, was far more critical. Online commenters labeled the stunt “exploitative,” “disturbing,” and “degrading.”
She dismissed the backlash. “It’s to be expected,” she said. “I don’t really care. I did it because I wanted to, and I have no regrets. They can keep on hating.”
Knight also defended the male participants, who faced criticism of their own. “It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys. These men just want to have sex. God forbid a man has sex. And I’m providing a service for free.”
Despite the controversy—and her trip to the hospital—Knight says she’s already planning similar events for the future, again with her fiancé’s blessing.
