At 36, Ukrainian influencer Anastasiia Pokreshchuk has become internet-famous for her bold, unconventional look — and she’s proud of it. Known for having “the world’s biggest cheeks,” Anastasiia has spent years transforming her appearance with fillers and Botox, and she’s not stopping anytime soon.

Her journey began at 26 with cheek fillers. Since then, she’s invested over $3,000 in cosmetic procedures and even learned to inject herself with hyaluronic fillers (with some online medical guidance). While she admits it can be risky, Anastasiia says the results have changed her life — and her confidence.

“I used to be ashamed of everything — my voice, my looks,” she says. “Now, I love how I look. I understand it’s not for everyone, but it’s for me.”

Before becoming a social media sensation, Anastasiia worked at a perfume shop and struggled to make ends meet. She has a master’s degree in psychology and used to blog about relationships, often encouraging women to leave toxic situations. Today, many still turn to her for advice.

Anastasiia’s appearance often sparks online backlash, but she’s learned to tune out the hate. “People online are mean, but in real life, they’re sweet — they hug me and ask for photos,” she says. “My friends sometimes get overwhelmed by the attention, but I don’t mind it at all.”

Her biggest supporter? Her mom. “She always thought I was beautiful before, but now she calls me ‘exotic.’ She’s my rock.”

Anastasiia’s message is simple and powerful: “Do what makes you happy. I don’t care what others think of me — I love myself, and that’s enough.”
